Fusobotics provides various IT services, including software development, automation, IoT, cybersecurity, mobile app development, nanotechnology, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and others. Our Services are provided to clients based on a clear agreement and scope of work, which will include the specific Services to be performed, the timeline for completion, and any other relevant terms and conditions.

PAYMENT AND FEES
All payment and fee information will be clearly stated in the specific agreement between Fusobotics and the client. Invoices will be provided as per the payment schedule agreed upon in the agreement. All payments shall be made in the currency agreed upon in the agreement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Any cancellation and refund requests should be communicated to Fusobotics in writing. Fusobotics will evaluate and handle such requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds provided will be subject to deductions for any work already performed by Fusobotics.

PRIVACY POLICY
Fusobotics collects personal and non-personal identification information for specific purposes only, including communication with clients and improving our services. We do not share this information with third parties, except where required by law. All information collected is kept secure and protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights associated with Fusobotics services, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, remain the property of Fusobotics. Clients agree to not copy, modify or distribute any of Fusobotics' intellectual property without written consent. Clients may use Fusobotics services only for their specific business purposes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from the use of Fusobotics services will be handled through arbitration, with the location of arbitration being in Kathmandu, Nepal. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Fusobotics is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify Fusobotics for any claims, damages or expenses arising from the use of our services. Fusobotics' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

GOVERNING LAW (United Kingdom and Nepal)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom or Nepal. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be conducted in the courts of United Kingdom or Nepal.
